Shipping Policy

At Efuru Creative Home Studio, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

  • Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • No PO Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid any delays.
  • Holiday Shipping: If a holiday falls during the week, orders will be shipped the next business day after the holiday.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. Transit times may vary depending on your location.

  •  Product is shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) 
    • Tracking information will be provided.

    •  First Class Mail, Ground, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International

    • International Mail please allow 6-41 business days

  • Damaged Products
    • Making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped quickly is our priority. Additionally, all packages are standard insured via USPS Priority Mail. While we are not responsible for the handling of your packages by USPS during shipping. If the package is damaged and your postage is insured, we first recommend contacting USPS to start the claim process.  If the product is due to error on our part, we will try our very best to work with you to remedy the situation should the products therein arrive damaged. We request that you provide a photo (s) of the damage items immediately of receipt and email them to info@efurustudio.com We will review and determine the next course of action needed if applicable.  
  • Delays
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, inclement weather, damage or loss. To ensure that orders arrive without any delays or mistakes, we are not able to combine orders once they are submitted. 
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not in your possession.  If after having checked your local USPS office and the package is still not received, you will need to file a mail theft complaint or claim with the US Postal Inspector and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. 
    • Unfortunately, USPS will not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package.
    • If Efuru Creative Home Studio decides to resend your lost or stolen package, if the item was not a one off (one of a kind) you are required to cover the shipping costs associated with resending the package.
