Light the Tip: Use a lighter or match to ignite the tip of the incense. Let the flame burn for a few seconds until the tip glows red and produces a small, steady stream of smoke.

Blow Out the Flame: Gently blow out the flame, leaving the incense to smolder and release its fragrance. The incense should continue to burn slowly, releasing aromatic smoke.

Place in a Safe Location: Set the incense holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects, drafts, or areas where it might be knocked over.

2. Allow the Incense to Burn: Let the incense burn completely, filling the room with its scent. Depending on the type, incense can burn for anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour.

3. Ventilate the Room: After the incense has finished burning, it’s a good idea to open a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate, especially if the scent is strong or you’ve used a lot of incense.
